Aircraft Fabric Covering
Aircraft Fabric Covering & Repair
Maple West Aero offers certified aircraft fabric covering and repair services for light aircraft. Services range from localized repairs and patches to full flight-control recoveries and complete airframe covering projects.
We work with all major approved fabric systems, including Poly-Fiber, Ceconite, Stewart Systems, and Oratex, and our shop is fully equipped to handle fabric work of any size.
All work is performed and released by a licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in Pitt Meadows, British Columbia, in accordance with applicable regulations and manufacturer-approved processes.
Quality & Longevity
A full fabric covering is not a cosmetic job — it is a structural preservation process. When completed properly, a fabric restoration should provide 20+ years of service, and with appropriate care, often considerably longer.
Each project is evaluated individually to ensure the correct scope, materials, and processes are applied for long-term durability and airworthiness.
Scope & Pricing
Proper fabric work is highly labour-intensive when done correctly. As a general reference:

Complete airframe recoveries are significantly more, depending on aircraft type, condition, fabric system selected, and the extent of structural preparation required.
